 The Ministry of Transportation and Communications has regarded the National Highway No.1 service area which taking the commercial level ground effect as the consideration, disposing of the crowded indoor space, and causing the bad impression; therefore, when National Highway No.3 Service Area was planning, it joined the leisure idea, increased the inside and outside space, and paid more attention to design quality.
